Ruby - Owner of Tulsi Wellness & Yoga Instructor

Ruby has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and teaching for the past nine. As a fully qualified instructor, her classes blend mindful movement with a deep appreciation for yoga philosophy and the anatomy of the body.

Her passions lie in Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin Yoga — weaving together strength, softness, and self-awareness to create practices that nurture both body and spirit.

Beyond the mat, Ruby finds joy in travel, nature, and spending time with loved ones. Whether she’s exploring new places or having a good boogie on the dance floor, she embodies the same sense of freedom, connection, and presence that she brings to every class. 

Chelcie - Mat Pilates Instructor

Chelcie brings a grounded, nurturing, and empowering energy to her Pilates classes, creating a space where movement feels both mindful and joyful. With over eight years of Pilates practice and four years working in the field of somatics, she blends traditional Pilates principles with embodied awareness — encouraging students to reconnect with their bodies through strength, breath, and presence.

Her background in somatic sexology and naturopathy deepens her holistic approach, supporting not just physical strength but emotional and energetic wellbeing.

Outside the studio, Chelcie finds balance in nature — going on walks with her dog Nala, taking cold ocean dips and exploring local rock pools, or spending slow afternoons in the garden. She’s currently studying Event Management and has a passion for live music, community, and creating soulful experiences that bring people together.
