Absolutely! We have daily beginner friendly classes on our schedule as it is an integral part of our offering to provide classes that welcome all levels.
Just let us know it’s your first time and we will take extra care to ensure you feel welcomed and safe exploring something new.

All you need to bring is yourself and a friendly attitude and we’ll provide the rest.
All students will be provided the exact equipment needed for each class and will be given to you by your teacher. -
When signing up to a membership with us the only requirement we have is that you stay with us for at least a 12-week period.
This isn’t so that we can lock you in to anything and make money off you (we aren’t a gym! lol) but to encourage you to show up for yourself consistently for a 3 month period so that YOU get to experience the power of a dedicated self practice. We promise you, once you get feel the results you won’t know how you ever lived without movement and community!
